• Client information entered by client admins

• To operate and provide the Service
• To send SMS and email notifications related to shifts and tasks
• To translate care task content using AI (see Section 6)
• To send verification codes for account security

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Within your care team — client admins can see caregiver information; caregivers can see client task and schedule information, as necessary to provide the Service
• Service providers — we use third-party providers to operate the Service (see Section 6). They access data only as needed to perform services on our behalf
• Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes).
